Rolls-Royce 6-Cylinder Rescue: Blown Head Gasket & Ignition Overhaul

Ford F-250 Import and Compliance
Not so long ago, we took delivery of a Ford F-250, fresh off the boat from the USA. It came into the Brookvale workshop for a full mechanical overhaul to get it road-ready and compliant for Australian conditions. First up was the exhaust system. We fabricated a custom setup in-house, building 2-inch engine pipes that feed into a 2-into-1 muffler, finishing with a single 2.5-inch pipe out the back. It’s a practical upgrade that improves flow and gives the truck a better note.
